Wow - what a trip this was!

It was 41 days long and I can truly say - every day was an adventure! I got to have 2 Easters - in Italy and once again - in Cyprus! :-) I loved Cyprus! And Israel was simply amazing! I visited a desert, an oasis... and even swam in the Dead Sea! I hope to come to the Middle Eastern region again sometime soon! ;-)
And - it would be fun to visit Cyprus again! :-)

My Trip started in Italy...

I flew from Brno to Bergamo, Italy on April 4th. I arrived in Bergamo at 15:25. I spent just 1 night in Bergamo and then, on April 5th, 2012 - I flew to Perugia, Italy where I spent Easter.

Perugia! They say it's a beautiful city...and I was lucky enough to spend Easter there! It was a lot of fun! :-)

I flew back to Bergamo on April 10th. I spent a day there and at 19:10 - took off for the Paphos International Airport (Cyprus).

Next stop - Cyprus!!!

Cyprus - here I come! :-) I arrived in Cyprus at 23:30 (in the Paphos International Airport) on April 10th, 2012. I spent 3 weeks on the island - until May 2nd when I flew to Tel Aviv (Israel).

I sure loved Cyprus! I mean how could I not? The sun, the sand and some of the best beaches in the world! I wish to come back again someday! :-)

Israel! The Holly Land...I wasn't really sure what to expect....and it was very different from all the other places I've visited :-) I was able to visit some of the Biblical places, the Dead Sea, Tel Aviv....

Arrived at the Tel Aviv-Yafo (Ben Gurion Intl) airport at 00:30 on May 2nd, 2012. Left Tel Aviv on May 9th, 2012 at 7:00 a.m.

From Israel to Greece!

Athens - I've never been here before! :-) Actually, I've never been to Greece before! :o) I arrived in Athens (Athens Int E Venizelos) at 9:00 a.m. on May 9th, 2012. I've spent 3 nights in Athens and then, on May 12th, 2012 - I flew to London (left Athens at 21:40)

I am happy that I could see this beautiful country... Greece has been in the world news so much lately but what are the ordinary greek people like? What joys and sorrows do they have? How do they see the current Greek situation? Those are some of the questions I was trying to find the answers to while I was there....

London! I visited this city a few times before (once even spent 4 months here) but I have to say - this city never stops to amaze me! :-) It was a nice last stop on my way home... :-) Arrived at 23:30 on May 12th, 2012. I stayed for just 2 days --> I left London on May 14th at 8:30 a.m.!
